Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven ability to drive growth and enhance team performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
Prepare sales forecasts and report on sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
