About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Sales to lead revenue growth and drive our offline expansion. You'll lead a high-performing team of managers, BDMs, and counsellors to achieve ambitious targets, optimize funnels, and build scalable sales systems.

What We're Looking For:
1) 3–6 years experience in Sales Leadership (preferably EdTech / High-ticket B2C)
2) Proven experience managing Managers & Counsellors
3) Excellent communication in English + regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Hindi / Bengali / Marathi / Gujarati / Odia)
4) Data-driven, analytical, and highly motivated leader
5) Strong coaching mindset & resilience to thrive in a fast-paced setup
