Under its flagship brand, Com-Paint, Aeroaids delivers specialized coating solutions for OEMs and vendors, as well as a comprehensive range of DIY automotive care products for car and bike owners.
Role Description The Sr. Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving revenue growth across industrial and automotive segments. This position oversees sales strategy, key account management, and market development for aerosol spray paints and specialized coatings, including Com-Paint products. Day-to-day activities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with OEMs, vendors, distributors, and retail partners, and leading negotiations to close high-value deals. The role involves forecasting sales, tracking performance against targets, collaborating with production and marketing teams to align supply with demand, and providing regular business reports to senior leadership. The Sr. Sales Manager will also mentor and guide the sales team, ensuring effective territory coverage and adherence to company policies and customer service standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales management, preferably in paints, coatings, automotive, or related industrial products.
  • Strong skills in sales strategy, territory planning, pipeline management, and key account development.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, contract management, and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Competence in market analysis, demand forecasting, and using CRM or sales reporting tools.
  • Experience leading and coaching sales teams, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
  • Knowledge of the Indian industrial and automotive market landscape and channel networks is highly beneficial.
