Role Overview
As the Senior Manager - Growth at YS Global, you will play a key role in driving growth by engaging with prospective clients, converting leads into actual customers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This role involves a mix of Sales and Marketing, requiring you to identify new opportunities, cultivate relationships with prospective clients, and close sales deals. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that partnership strategies align with YS Global's long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Convert Leads into Customers: Engage with prospective clients, guide them through YS Global's offerings, and convert leads into paying customers through persuasive sales techniques.
Conduct Parent meetings and students 1:1 sessions during the sales process to get a better understanding of the requirements.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and marketing.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, educational platforms, and industry leaders.
Represent YS Global at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.
Manage key partnerships, ensuring long-term engagement, collaboration, and success for both YS Global and its partners.
Providing regular updates on business development activities, sales performance, and market opportunities.
Occasionally, conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, and leverage this data to devise sales and business development strategies.
