Experience : 3-8 years
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve targets by delivering exceptional customer service
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized interactions
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and brand offerings
Effectively communicate the unique features and value of luxury and premium watch collections
Support and guide team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Work closely with management to plan and execute sales strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, luxury, or premium products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused approach with a passion for luxury retail
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Team-oriented attitude with basic leadership capabilities
