Sales Executive with 5+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressive Prospecting & Market Penetration: Drive net-new business acquisition by defining target accounts and executing powerful cold calling, strategic networking, and social selling strategies to consistently build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • End-to-End Deal Ownership: Master the full sales lifecyclefrom initial discovery and advanced needs analysis to solution architecture supported by our tech team, negotiation, and contract finalization. You own the deal, start to finish.
  • Value Translator: Become a subject matter expert across our entire portfolio. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value propositions for CIOs, CTOs, and C-level executives.
  • Executive Relationship Architect: Cultivate deep, long-term, and trusted relationships with key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor who understands their long-term digital goals.
  • Collaborative Solution Design: Partner seamlessly with our pre-sales engineering and legal teams to craft high-impact proposals, persuasive presentations, and ironclad contracts that secure large-scale wins.
  • Quota Dominance: Consistently achieve and surpass ambitious monthly and quarterly revenue targets and established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Pipeline Integrity & Forecasting: Maintain meticulous, up-to-the-minute records of all activities and opportunity progression, ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts and contributing to overall business planning.
  • Account Nurturing & Expansion: Schedule regular strategic meetings with existing customers to understand evolving business needs, ensure ongoing satisfaction, and identify opportunities for account expansion and service upsells.
  • Contract Adherence & Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for client complaints and concerns, ensuring rapid escalation and resolution while upholding strict adherence to all contractual terms and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Competitive Strategy: Continuously study market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine selling strategies, enhance customer retention methods, and identify new market penetration opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in generating and converting net-new leads and managing the entire sales process for complex B2B IT solutions (e.g., Cloud, SaaS, Managed Services).
  • Target Achievement: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding demanding sales and revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain successful, long-term business relationships with key stakeholders and employees at all customer levels.
  • Communication Mastery: Outstanding communication skills to handle customer inquiries effectively across all channels (face-to-face, phone, and email).
  • Market Insight: A comprehensive understanding of the competitive IT landscape and the business market-place relevant to our solution portfolio.
  • Operational Planning: Proficiency in planning and organizing the sales day/week to maximize efficiency and opportunity pursuit.
