Key Responsibilities:- Convert leads into bookings for group trips and custom travel packages
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand client needs and offer customized travel solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Work closely with the operations and marketing team for smooth trip execution
- Respond to client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the travel industry (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of domestic travel destinations (especially offbeat/hill stations is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, and social media for sales
