Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in South Delhi. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, presenting products, negotiating and closing sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role may also involve working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and providing customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation.
  • Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Presentation skills.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities to identify and address customer needs.
  • Knowledge of the jewelry industry or retail sector is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
  • Professional demeanor, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
