Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert leads into bookings for group trips and custom travel packages
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand client needs and offer customized travel solutions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Work closely with the operations and marketing team for smooth trip execution
  • Respond to client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the travel industry (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of domestic travel destinations (especially offbeat/hill stations is a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, and social media for sales

  • Have handled group tours or customized itineraries
  • Are passionate about travel and have explored India extensively
  • Can speak multiple regional languages (not mandatory, but a plus)
