Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bangalore. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting products and services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, tracking sales metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute field sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to business growth
  • Conduct direct customer acquisition through a minimum of 5 client visits per week across target industries such as Healthcare, Automotive, Education, and F&B
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, digital outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate referral business opportunities
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline daily in CRM, ensuring accurate lead tracking and opportunity forecasting
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications to convert leads into sales
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and demos with decision-makers to promote company solutions
  • Maintain detailed visit logs, meeting notes, and sales activity reports for weekly and monthly review
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution for clients
  • Conduct monthly KPI review meetings with active clients and maintain high client satisfaction levels
  • Participate in weekly sales review meetings to report progress, challenges, leads, deals, and sales orders
  • Complete assigned training modules and apply learnings in client acquisition, proposal pitching, and sales servicing activities
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B / field sales, preferably in digital marketing, healthcare, automotive, or education sectors
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and/or Kannada
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent tools
  • Ability to manage field visits, office coordination, and reporting independently
  • Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services and B2B sales processes
