Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Field Executive, located in Mahesana. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets by promoting and selling financial products such as loans and services. The role requires building and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, ensuring proper documentation, assisting clients with their applications, and providing excellent customer service. You will coordinate with branch offices and contribute to growing the company's presence in the region.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- Ability to manage documentation processes effectively and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products including loans and other credit services
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a field-based role
- Prior experience in sales or financial services is preferred
- A passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals
- Valid driver's license for field visits
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration or finance is a plus
