Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurgaon for a Senior Sales Executive. Responsibilities include driving the sales process from prospecting to closing, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying business opportunities to achieve sales targets. The Senior Sales Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored real estate solutions and provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in real estate sales, market research, and identifying business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the Gurugram real estate market is a plus
