We're building India's leading vernacular skilling platform for the fashion and beauty industry — and we're hiring a founding member to lead our Sales & Marketing charge toward ₹100 Cr ARR.

This is a builder's role. You'll work directly with our Founders and Board to shape GTM strategy, counsel and convert learners, run campaigns, and — as we scale into 1,200+ districts — build and lead your own team. Most people in this seat step into a leadership role within a year.

What you'll do

  • Counsel potential learners via calls, virtual demos, and office walk-ins—help them understand the value of our program and guide them toward enrollment.
  • Own your monthly sales targets and execute strategic plans that contribute to our ambitious goal of reaching ₹100 Cr in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Build strong relationships with learners and actively share feedback with the marketing and product teams to strengthen our offerings and lower customer acquisition costs.
  • Grow with us—build and lead your own team as we expand into 1200+ districts across India. Step into a leadership role in less than a year!

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in edtech, skilling, D2C, or a target-driven B2C environment
  • Genuine interest in skilling and education — and a sense of the difference between them
  • Confident communicator who's comfortable presenting to a room
  • Someone energized by ownership and fast-moving environments, not just following a playbook

Compensation: ₹3.6– 5.4 LPA fixed + ₹1.5–2 LPA variable + ESOPs
