Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with local businesses and agencies. This full-time, on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The person in this role will build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and representing RightChoice.ai at meetings, events, and presentations. The Senior Sales Executive will also mentor junior sales team members and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and playbooks.
