We work with a diverse mix of private and government customers across key sectors such as cement, steel, power, railways, mining, iron ore, construction, and infrastructure. Our reputed client base includes organizations like Reliance Power, NALCO, NDMC, Indian Railways, UltraTech Cement, along with many other major PSU and private enterprises.
Objective of the role
We are seeking a driven, go-getter Sales Executive who enjoys field work, extensive travel, and building long-term client relationships. The role focuses on growing service sales, expanding customer accounts, and converting opportunities into sustainable business through consultative and ethical selling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for HEMM services, maintenance contracts, and spare parts
2. Travel extensively (15–20 days per month) for customer meetings, plant visits, and site discussions
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with private and government customers across multiple industrial sectors
4. Understand client requirements and recommend customized service and maintenance solutions
5. Clearly present technical capabilities, service offerings, and value propositions
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of service orders
7. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
8. Track sales activities and provide reports and market feedback to management
Eligibility & Requirements
1. 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development related to heavy earth moving machinery or industrial services/Goods
2. Strong technical understanding of mining and construction equipment
3. Prior experience with cement plants, steel plants, power plants, railways, mining, iron ore projects, or allied industriesORprevious experience in extensive field travel and sales will be considered a strong bonus
4. Exposure to private and government customers
5. A proactive go-getter mindset with ownership of targets
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
7. Comfortable with frequent travel (15–20 days per month)
