Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires strategic planning to generate leads and close high-value deals effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including client prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales
- Proficiency in market research and strategic planning to identify potential growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Expertise in utilizing CRM tools and sales software; familiarity with real estate markets is a plus
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
