Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion: Vigorously call on provided leads, nurture prospects, and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to ensure high conversion rates.
Site Visits: Schedule, coordinate, and execute highly effective site visits to Dholera, providing clients with comprehensive project details and a persuasive on-site experience.
End-to-End Sales Execution: Manage the complete sales cycle, including pitching, negotiation, documentation, and successful deal closure.
Channel Partner Activation: Identify, onboard, and activate real estate brokers and channel partners Pan-India to drive exponential indirect sales for our Dholera projects.
Market Insight: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, specifically regarding the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR).
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: strictly 2 to 5 years of hands-on sales experience within the real estate industry (Mandatory).
Regional Knowledge: Prior experience selling projects in Dholera is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
Language Skills: High fluency and excellent communication skills in Hindi are mandatory. Proficiency in English is highly preferred.
Skillset:
Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and channel partners.
Self-starter with a target-driven mindset.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and channel partner meetings.
