  • Identify and engage prospective customers across target verticals such as Healthcare, Industrial/Manufacturing, IoT, Semiconductors, and Enterprise.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to craft customized solution pitches and proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with Sequoia's product engineering service offerings and accelerators.
  • Build and nurture long-term, trusted customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain a structured and active sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
  • Support marketing-led initiatives such as events, webinars, and LinkedIn campaigns to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to strengthen Sequoia's market positioning.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 58 years of experience in Product Engineering Services sales, preferably in embedded systems, IoT, Cloud/DevOps, or AI/ML domains.
  • Proven track record of new customer acquisition and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer challenges and align them with relevant technology-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience in proposal management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a hunter mindset and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
