Senior Sales Engineer

Location: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Key responsibilities:

• Creating sales by generating leads through market analysis and customer outreach, managing Key accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Preparing technical proposals, cost and profitability analysis, negotiating contracts and building strong customer relationships to secure repeat business.
• This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strong negotiation skills and experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in the Food and Pharmaceutical segments.

Experience:

• 3 to 4 years in Capital equipment sales with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to understand engineering drawings and perform calculations.
• Proficiency in CRM software, experience in market analysis and key account management.
