ComplyOwl is an upcoming RegTech platform, currently in advanced development and scheduled for launch in April–May 2026.

Designed for financial institutions, ComplyOwl focuses on trade surveillance, market compliance, and regulatory risk intelligence, combining deep domain expertise with modern data and analytics.

This role is a foundational sales hire, offering the opportunity to shape the go-to-market motion from the ground up.

 

Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales for ComplyOwl in the Indian market, with a strong focus on banks, brokers, exchanges, asset managers, and financial institutions.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant ownership, working closely with the CEO, product, and domain experts.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market financial institutions
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including compliance heads, risk officers, and CXOs
  • Clearly articulate ComplyOwl's value proposition in the context of regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with product and domain teams to align customer feedback and use cases
  • Represent ComplyOwl at industry events, forums, and client meetings
  • Develop account plans and contribute to long-term sales strategy

 

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or financial software
  • Proven experience selling to financial institutions (banks, brokers, NBFCs, AMCs, exchanges, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of compliance, risk, or regulatory buying environments (SEBI, surveillance, AML, trade monitoring is a plus)
  • Ability to handle long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • High ownership mindset — comfortable working in a growing, fast-moving product company
