Role Description

The Senior Sales Manager will lead and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. The individual will contribute to market research, sales forecasting, and team leadership while ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, requiring regular interaction with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Strategic Planning: Proven experience in B2B sales, market analysis, pipeline management, and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage relationships, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with packaging machinery, manufacturing processes, or automation technology is preferred.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and problem-solving skills to effectively respond to client needs and drive business success.
  • Adaptability and Industry Insights: Ability to identify emerging trends in packaging solutions and apply innovative approaches to maximize growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging machinery industry.
