Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead business development efforts across North India. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, strong client relationship skills, and a passion for driving growth in the PEB and prefab construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure segments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and decision-makers
  • Present Metal Tree's product portfolioincluding PEBs, sandwich panels, LGSF, and porta cabinsto prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and quotations
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to align client requirements with technical solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to strategic growth plans
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
  • Represent Metal Tree at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, infrastructure, or PEB industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of steel structures, prefab systems, and construction workflows
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings and site visits
