Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling visa-related enquiries, guiding clients through the process, and converting leads into successful applications. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle hot and verified leads provided by the company
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable visa options
- Explain visa process, documentation, timelines, and fees clearly
- Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case processing
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in visa sales, immigration consulting, or overseas education sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives
- Honest, disciplined, and process-oriented approach
- Ability to build trust with clients and handle objections
- Experience in UK, Schengen, Australia, or Global Talent visas is a plus
