Role Description

Master Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for an on-site, full-time role in Mohpa. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include creating sales strategies, conducting client meetings, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our service offerings to effectively present tailored solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales, Negotiation, and Deal Closure
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and customer engagement
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Transformation solutions, including AI, ERP, and CRM systems
  • Skilled in Sales Strategy Development and Territory Management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is a plus)
  • Experience in technology-based sales and understanding technical concepts is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
