We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales and developing relationships with clients in their designated territories. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Present and demonstrate products to potential customers effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the company.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in field sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
