The Role

As an Senior Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in growing our client base by building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, inbound inquiries, etc.).
  2. Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls, needs analysis, and product demos to understand client requirements and position the CRM tool as a solution to their business challenges.
  3. Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  4. Negotiation & Closing: Lead pricing discussions, handle objections, and close deals by demonstrating the ROI and value of the CRM solution. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with confidence.
  5. Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track opportunities, update the sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts to the management team.
  6. Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of Makunai Global's CRM product and be able to explain its technical features in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and customers.
  8. Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by driving new business and upselling existing clients.
