Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing product knowledge, understanding customer needs, and working effectively with the sales team to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development experience, including identifying opportunities and closing deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with eyewear or retail industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage
