Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales responsibility including lead conversion, negotiations, and closures
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets with full accountability
  • Manage and nurture key accounts, HNI clients, and channel partners
  • ead sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives to improve team performance
  • Handle high-value negotiations and complex deal structuring
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations for smooth execution
  • Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor movement
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, RERA norms, and internal processes
