Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site role at our location in TRIVANDRUM , COCHIN , THRISUR , COIMBATORE & BANGALORE The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day duties include engaging with potential and existing customers, creating strategic sales plans, preparing detailed proposals, collaborating with the marketing team, and providing exceptional client support. The role requires a hands-on approach to achieve business goals and enhance the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong sales acumen with skills in relationship management and negotiation
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• Experience with market research and identifying business growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• Prior experience in the mattress, home furnishings, or related industry is a MUST
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
