Role Description

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction will also be an integral part of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales skills including negotiation, client management, and closing deals
  • Knowledge of real estate industry and market trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term customer relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and data analysis
  • An ability to work independently, meet targets, and display a proactive approach
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in real estate, travel, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory
