Role Overview
CVant is hiring Sales Senior Executives for an end-to-end sales role involving lead generation, inside sales, and outside sales activities. The role requires owning the complete revenue lifecycleright from prospecting and networking to closure and relationship management. This position demands high ownership, strong field presence, and consistent target achievement.
Sales Mix
- 70% Inside Sales: Lead follow-ups, qualification, calls, virtual meetings, and closures
- 30% Outside Sales: Client meetings, networking events, institutional visits, and referral-based business generation
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and word-of-mouth channels.
- Handle inbound and self-generated leads; qualify prospects and convert them into customers.
- Conduct inside sales activities including calls, demos, follow-ups, and virtual presentations.
- Execute outside sales by meeting prospects, institutional partners, and key decision-makers.
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets as defined by the business.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking in CRM.
- Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth handovers and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- 36 years of proven experience in end-to-end B2C/B2B sales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and close deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and on-site presentations.
- High ownership mindset with discipline around targets and follow-ups.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
