•Achieve weekly, monthly sales and client retention targets
•Prompt resolution of client complaints
•Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions
•Accurate mapping of products/services in clients e-catalog
•Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure
