Experience: 510 Years

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across key B2B accounts, with a strong focus on OEM, distributor, and white label opportunities. This role is suited for a hands-on sales professional who enjoys building relationships and closing strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth across assigned territories and key accounts
  • Identify and develop OEM and White Label / Private Label opportunities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, negotiations, and closures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, supply chain) to meet customer requirements
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Desired Profile
  • Proven experience in B2B industrial sales (adhesives, chemicals, composites, coatings, or related industries)
  • Exposure to OEM / project-based / white label sales preferred
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Commercially aware with good understanding of pricing and margins
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
