Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Thane for an on-site role. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes managing a portfolio of customers, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be tasked with staying updated on industry trends and providing input to improve the company's market strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation, Engineering Solutions, and Process Instrumentation
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the instrumentation or industrial equipment sector is highly preferred
