DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's or MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction chemicals, adhesives, or related industry.
