Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Generate leads through multiple channels (walk-ins, referrals, digital, channel partners).
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits to showcase projects.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide customized real estate solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and events.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and track sales performance against targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate developments.

RequirementsPreferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • 2u20135 years of proven sales experience (real estate sales preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Knowledge of Coimbatore/Tamil Nadu real estate market will be an added advantage.
