Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in South Delhi. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for leading sales efforts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, developing sales strategies, and maintaining deep knowledge of the brand's products and services. The role requires exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to drive sales and deliver an enhanced customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Expertise in customer relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
  • Understanding of jewelry, luxury products, or retail industry is highly preferred
  • Ability to analyze market trends and create effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales platforms
  • Demonstrates a customer-first mindset and problem-solving aptitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced education is a plus
