Job SummaryThe Senior Sales Executive SaaS will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, account expansion, and global market penetration. This role requires a highly motivated sales professional with strong international SaaS selling experience, capable of managing complex sales cycles, engaging enterprise stakeholders, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. The individual will play a key role in expanding the company's footprint across global markets while aligning sales initiatives with overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across international markets, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Manage the complete SaaS sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies tailored to regional business cultures, regulations, and buyer behavior.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across global accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, proposals, and solution positioning for different markets.
- Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets, quotas, and KPIs.
- Stay informed on global SaaS market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Contribute to refining sales processes, playbooks, and best practices to support scalable growth.
- Mentor junior sales team members where required and support team performance improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required- 58+ years of proven success in SaaS sales, with experience selling into international markets.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment.
- Experience managing complex and consultative sales cycles, especially with enterprise clients.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, subscription-based selling, and contract structures.
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with global compliance and legal considerations impacting SaaS contracts is preferred.
