Role Overview

The Senior Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving regional business growth through the specialized sales and promotion of In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) equipment and reagents. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, executing territory-specific operational strategies, and contributing to the rapid expansion of our presence in the Odisha region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively build and maintain robust relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical laboratories, and regional distributors.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle to achieve and exceed targeted objectives for medical equipment and reagents.
  • Execute territory-specific operational strategies to capture market share in the expanding regional market.
  • Operate out of the designated headquarters in Cuttack, traveling extensively across the assigned territory.

Requirements
  • Proven experience of 3 to 6 years specifically within the IVD industry or a closely related medical diagnostics field
  • Mandatory educational background: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biomedical Sciences, OR a B.Pharma / M.Pharma degree
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships with healthcare providers and laboratory technicians
  • A strong track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and territory management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
