Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to source candidates effectively.
• Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Measure and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
