Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire OEM clients such as modular furniture and panel manufacturers.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive volume and revenue.
  • Manage price negotiations, contracts, and supply agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and service.
  • Track OEM requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Build long-term partnerships through regular engagement and service excellence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in OEM segment.
  • Ensure on-time collections and maintain account health.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 4–5+ years of OEM/Key Account sales in laminates, plywood, or allied building materials.
  • Strong OEM industry network and negotiation skills.
