Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Engineer role located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing technical sales, providing customized technical support, and building relationships with both existing and potential clients. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, presenting technical solutions tailored to customer needs, addressing technical inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and achieve sales targets. The role also involves preparing detailed proposals, coordinating with other departments for project implementations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to deliver, explain, and support advanced engineering solutions.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to develop client relationships, drive revenue, and meet business objectives.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, present complex solutions, and work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and applications in industries like Petrochemical, Automotive, Aerospace, and Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Educational background in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales within relevant industrial sectors is a plus.
