Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales activities, supporting technical inquiries, developing strong relationships with clients, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The role includes providing detailed technical presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service and support.

Qualifications

• Competence in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of technical solutions
• Experience in Technical Support and the ability to provide engineering consultation
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Sales and a proven ability to meet revenue targets
• Commitment to Customer Service with a focus on understanding and fulfilling client requirements
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at working within a team environment
• Previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Or Diploma in Mechanical or Production or Manufacturing or Mechatronics Engineering is also acceptable
• Should have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in Selling Industrial Products
