How will your day look like as a Senior Sales Development Representative

  • Identify and engage potential clients across Europe and North America through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized emails.
  • Communicate SprintlyWorks value proposition and align our sprint model with client challenges and goals.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, project timelines, and fit for SprintlyWorks services.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls with senior consultants and leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve outreach messaging and lead management processes.
  • Track outreach activity and conversion metrics to optimize performance and consistency
  • Design and deploy consultative marketing materials to position our expertise effectively.
  • Ensure top-tier client service, fostering long-term partnerships and maximizing client satisfaction.

What is our requirement

  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in the business field, such as marketing, sales, business development, international business management, finance, information technology etc.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in sales/telecalling.
  • Comfortable with high volume cold calling.
  • Business written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of business functions in companies
  • Proven record of meeting sales quotas.
