How will your day look like as a Senior Sales Development Representative
- Identify and engage potential clients across Europe and North America through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized emails.
- Communicate SprintlyWorks value proposition and align our sprint model with client challenges and goals.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, project timelines, and fit for SprintlyWorks services.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls with senior consultants and leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve outreach messaging and lead management processes.
- Track outreach activity and conversion metrics to optimize performance and consistency
- Design and deploy consultative marketing materials to position our expertise effectively.
- Ensure top-tier client service, fostering long-term partnerships and maximizing client satisfaction.
What is our requirement
- Bachelor's or MBA degree in the business field, such as marketing, sales, business development, international business management, finance, information technology etc.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in sales/telecalling.
- Comfortable with high volume cold calling.
- Business written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of business functions in companies
- Proven record of meeting sales quotas.
