Conduct comprehensive analyses (including scenario, policy, customer, data, gap, and change) to define business requirements and solution specifications.
Prepare both high-level and detailed business requirement documentation.
Develop As Is and To Be process maps.
Create process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting, and other necessary outputs.
Ensure delivery and development teams understand the value and purpose of each user story delivered.
Support the Product Owner in defining business value and expected outcomes.
Demonstrate expertise in translating end-user and customer insights into actionable features, epics, and tasks.
Participate in and lead workshops to drive collaborative outcomes.
Analyze proposed solutions holistically, supporting change initiatives with Business Impact Assessments.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and Business Verification Testing.
Support implementation of backlog items aligned to domains and achievement of associated business outcomes.
Place customers and stakeholders at the core of all analysis activities.
Proactively manage risks by adhering to policy, control, and compliance requirements; escalate issues or breaches as identified, acknowledging risk accountability as a shared responsibility.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years experience as a Senior Digital Business Analyst.
Required Skills
Deep understanding of financial products, processes, and systems.
Extensive knowledge and experience in Customer Onboarding, AML, and Financial Crime prevention.
Strong creativity in simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Significant experience working in agile environments and familiarity with Human-Centered Design techniques.
Ability to articulate product vision to key stakeholders and teams, collaborating with Product Owners to develop and shape backlogs of key features, epics, stories, and goals for individual sprints.
Highly skilled in leading workshops with cross-functional business and IT teams throughout the discovery, development, and operational stages of change.
Quick to comprehend technical stacks and grasp essential aspects of systems that deliver business requirements.
Able to build collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.
