Business Development Manager-Recruitment & IT Projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our recruitment and IT project portfolio. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing projects in Testing, Java, Salesforce, Networking, and other technology domains. This role involves working closely with the recruitment team and delivery managers to meet client expectations and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Strategy:
• Identify and target potential clients across industries for recruitment services and IT projects.
• Develop and execute strategies to secure projects in domains such as Testing, Java, Salesforce, Networking, and other IT services.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, including HR heads, CIOs, CTOs, and other stakeholders.
• Proactively pitch recruitment services and IT solutions to clients to meet their talent and project needs.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and addressed.
