Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior SDR to join our go-to-market team at an exciting growth stage. As one of the first SDR hires focused on the Enjo AI platform, you will play a crucial role in pipeline generation and market expansion.

You will drive high-quality pipeline growth by identifying and engaging qualified enterprise prospects, nurturing relationships with VP- and C-level executives, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing to convert leads into revenue opportunities.

This is a builder role ideal for someone with a bias for action, eager to help shape our outbound motion and outreach strategy from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research target enterprise accounts aligned with our ideal customer profile
  • Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to initiate conversations with key stakeholders
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure high-quality handoff to Account Executives
  • Develop tailored messaging and outreach cadences that resonate with enterprise buyers
  • Manage your prospecting pipeline using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, maintaining accurate and timely records
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to strategize on target accounts and continuously improve qualification criteria
  • Test and iterate on outbound strategies, helping build scalable and repeatable SDR playbooks
  • Stay informed on Enjo's product features and the evolving enterprise AI landscape to deliver compelling value propositions

You Might Be a Fit If You...

  • Have 24 years of SDR/ AE experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a startup or product-led environment
  • Have demonstrated success with enterprise lead generation, cold outreach, and setting meetings with VP+ stakeholders
  • Are passionate about AI and excited to work on the cutting edge of generative AI technology
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high autonomy and ownership
  • Are comfortable with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Outreach.io
  • Are a strong communicator and natural relationship builder, with a genuine curiosity about customer problems
  • Want to grow quickly and contribute to building out the sales development function at an early-stage company
