Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Coordinator, based in Chennai. The Senior Sales Coordinator will oversee and manage key client accounts, support the sales team with accurate coordination, and ensure timely communication with clients. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, managing sales operations, and addressing customer service needs. The role also involves preparing and maintaining sales documentation and contributing to the overall sales strategy to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience and skills in Sales, with the ability to drive results
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the civil engineering or construction industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of MS Office is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Civil Engineering, or a related field
