Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Chennai. The Key Account Manager will manage relationships with key accounts, oversee account planning, and ensure alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, analyzing market trends, fostering strong customer service, and identifying opportunities to optimize client partnerships. Additionally, the Key Account Manager will serve as a liaison between the company and its stakeholders to drive value and mutual growth.

  • Strong skills in Account Management and expertise in managing Key Accounts
  • Proficiency in Business Planning to strategize and align with organizational goals
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Sharp Analytical Skills for market analysis and decision-making
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or related healthcare sector is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
