Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Associate to join our Gurgaon office. The role involves driving business growth, managing client relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle.
In addition to sales responsibilities, the candidate will also coordinate on billing, invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and collections to ensure smooth client account management and revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct sales presentations, demos, and solution discussions
• Drive closures and achieve sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
• Manage billing coordination and invoice generation
• Follow up with clients for payments and collections
• Maintain accurate sales and client records
• Analyze market trends and contribute to sales strategy planning
Qualifications & Skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in lead generation, sales strategy, and client management
• Understanding of SaaS products and AI-driven technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
• Good coordination and follow-up skills for billing and collections
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in IT / SaaS industries will be an added advantage
